Akut Pankreatitte Oksidatif Stres ve Enflamasyon Biyobelirteçleri

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Akut pankreatit (AP) tanısı alan hastalarda oksidatif stres ve enflamatuvar biyobelirteçlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Bezmialem Vakıf Üniversitesi Acil Tıp Servisine başvuran 20-60 yaş hastalar arasından klinik ve laboratuvar bulguları ile akut AP tanısı konulan ve kronik herhangi bir rahatsızlığı bulunmayan 65 hasta ile benzer demografik özellikte 65 sağlıklı gönüllüden kan örnekleri alındı. Gönüllülerde oksidatif stres biyobelirteçlerinden total oksidan seviye (TOS), total antioksidan seviye (TAS), total tiyol (TT), natif tiyol (NT), katalaz (CAT), miyeloperoksidaz (MPO), paraoksonaz (PON1) ve arilesteraz (ARES) enzim aktiviteleri ile protein karbonilleri (PCO) ve malondialdehit düzeyleri (MDA) fotometrik yöntemlerle, enflamasyon biyobelirteçlerinden interlökin 1 beta (IL-1β), tümör nekrozis faktör alfa (TNF-α), presepsin (PSPN) ve raftlin (RFTN1) düzeyleri ticari kitler kullanılarak ELISA yöntemi ile, amilaz (AMY), lipaz (LIP), c-reaktif protein (CRP) ve prokalsitonin (PCT) ticari kitler kullanılarak otoanalizör ile ölçüldü. Oxidative Stress and Inflammation Biomarkers in Acute Pancreatitis

INTRODUCTION: We aimed to investigate oxidative stress and inflammatory biomarkers in patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis (AP). METHODS: Blood samples were taken from patients aged 20-60 years who applied to Bezmialem Vakif University Emergency Medicine Service. 65 of these patients are healthy volunteers with the same demographics characteristics as 65 patients diagnosed with acute AP with clinical and laboratory findings and do not have any chronic disease. The oxidative stress biomarkers total oxidant status (TOS), total antioxidant status(TAS), total thiol(TT), native thiol(NT), catalase(CAT), myeloperoxidase (MPO), paraoxonase (PON1), and arylesterase(ARES) enzyme activities and protein carbonyls(PCO) and malondialdehyde levels (MDA) using photometric methods measured. The inflammatory biomarkers interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), presepsin(PSPN) and raftlin(RFTN1) levels with ELISA method, amylase (AMY), lipase(LIP), c-reactive protein (CRP), and procalcitonin (PCT) were measured with an autoanalyzer using commercial kits.
