Hemşirelerin Problem Çözme Becerileri ve Otomatik Düşünceleri Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, hemşirelerin problem çözme becerilerini ileotomatik düşünceleri arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılmasıdır. Yöntem: Bu çalışma tanımlayıcı, kesitsel ve korelasyonel olarak Ağustos Aralık 2016 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirildi. Araştırma örneklemini bireğitim ve araştırma hastanesinde çalışan 112 hemşire oluşturdu. Evaluating the Relationship between Nurses’Problem-Solving Skills and AutomaticThoughts

Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between nurses’problem-solving skills and automatic thoughts.Methods: This study was conducted as descriptive, cross-sectional,and correlational study between August and December 2016. Thesample of the study comprised 112 nurses working at a training andresearch hospital. The Problem Solving Inventory, the AutomaticThoughts Questionnaire, and a sociodemographic form prepared bythe researchers were used to gather the data.
