Rawls'ın Doğruluk Olarak Adalet Teorisi

John Rawls’ın doğruluk olarak adalet teorisi politik felsefede önemli bir yere sahiptir. Rawls, adaleti sosyal kurumların bir erdemi olarak ele alır. Her ne kadar kendisi faydacı görüşü eleştirse de teorisini geliştirmek için faydacı öğretinin unsurlarını kullanır. Rawls’ın teorisinin bir tür toplumsal sözleşme teorisi olduğu iddia edilebilir. İlk konum, bilgisizlik maskesi, düzenli bir toplum ve adaletin iki temel ilkesi kavramları doğruluk olarak adalet teorisinin temel fikrini oluşturmaktadır. Adaletin ilkeleri, ilk konumda bilgisizlik maskesinin arkasında duran temsilci kişiler tarafından seçilir.

Rawls' Theory of Justice as Fairness

John Rawls’ theory of justice as fairness has an important place in political philosophy. Rawls considers justice as a virtue of social institutions. Although he rejects the utilitarianism, he uses utilitarian elements to improve his theory. It can be claimed that Rawls’ theory is a form of social contract theory. The concepts of original position, veil of ignorance, a well-ordered society and two principles of justice comprise the basic idea of justice as fairness. The principles of justice are selected by representative persons behind the veil of ignorance in the original position.
