Gebe ineklerde L-Carnitin uygulamalarının güç doğum, retentio secundinarium, endometritis ve masti

Bu çalışmada, ineklerde doğum öncesi ve doğum sonrasında L-Carnitin uygulamalarının postpartum dönem hastalıkları üzerine etkisi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma 20 baş gebe inekte yapıldı. Uygulama grubundaki ineklere (n=10) gebeliğin son üç haftası, doğum günü ve doğumdan sonraki 7. günde 1g/hayvan/günlük dozda L-Carnitin deri altı yolla uygulandı. Kontrol grubundaki ineklere (n=10) aynı dozda deri altı yolla placebo uygulandı. Kontrol grubu ineklerde güç doğum (%20) ve endometritis (%40) görülme oranı L-Carnitin uygulanan ineklere göre daha yüksek bulunurken, retentio secundinarium şekillenme oranlarında farklılık görülmedi. Sonuç olarak L-Carnitin’in güç doğum ve endometritis olgularından korunmak amacıyla kullanılabileceği, ancak bu konuda yeni çalışmalar yapılması gerekliliği ortaya konulmuştur.

Einflüsse der L-Carnitine-Applikation auf die suchwergeburt, Retentio secundinarium, Endometritis und Mastitisbei den traechtigten Kühen

Das Ziel dieser Untersuchungen war die Einflüsse der L-Carnitine-Applikation über die puerperalen Erkrankungen im Zeitraum des Postpartums bei den traechtigten Kühen zu schützen. Die Untersuchung wurde bei den 20 traechtigten Kühen durchgeführt. Bei der Applikationsgruppe (n=10) wurde in den letzten 3 Wochen der Traechtigkeit und am Geburtstag sowie am 7. Tag des Postpartums in Höhe von 1g/Kuh/Tag dose L-Carnitine subkutan injiziert. Bei der Kontrolgruppe (n=10) wurde Placebo die gleiche Dosis von L-Carnitine subkutan appliziert. Die Ratio der Schwergeburt (%20) und Endometritis (%40) waren bei der Kontrolgruppe höher als bei den L-Carnitine-Applikationsgruppe. Bei den Retentio secundinarium sraten gab es keine Unterschiede zwischen den gruppen. Vorliegende Ergebnisse setzen aus, dass L-Carnitine zur Behebung der Schwergeburt sowie Endometritis appliziert ist und über dieses Thema die neuen weiteren Untersuchungen sollten durchgeführt werden.
