Bir buzağıda median yüz yarığı anomalisi

Bir günlük DAK ırkı erkek bir buzağı anormal yüz yapısı şikayetiyle KAÜ Veteriner Fakültesi Cerrahi Kliniği'ne getirildi. Anamnezde doğal aşım sonrası normal doğumla dünyaya gelen yavrunun aynı anadan olan diğer kardeşlerinde herhangi bir anomaliye rastlanmadığı ve aşımda kullanılan boğanın geçmişi hakkında hasta sahiplerinin bilgisinin olmadığı öğrenildi. İnspeksiyon ve palpasyorida ağız içinden başlayıp burun deliklerini birbirinden ayırarak alnın ortasına kadar ilerleyen bir yarık; yangın sonlandığı bölgede ise katı-esnek kıvamlı, 3 cm eninde, 2 cm boyunda ve koni şeklinde beyaz-gri renkli bir kitlenin varlığı belirlendi. , . Sedasyon ve lokal anestezi eşliğinde yarık bölgesinin revizyonu ve kitlenin rezeksiyonu gerçekleştirildi. Bu işlemlerin ardından burun delikleri ye alın bölgesini normal anatomik konumuna getirmek için rekonstrüktif cerrahi uygulandı. Rezeke edilen kitlenin histopatolojik incelemesi sonucu konjenital apokrin ter bezi nevusu olduğu belirlendi. Olgunun post-operatif 2.5 ay süreyle ve değişik zaman dilimlerinde yapılan kontrollerinde rekonstrüksyon bölgesi ve genel durumunda herhangi bir bozukluğun olmadığı görüldü.

Median cleft face anomaly in a calf

One day old, male, East Anatolian Red (DAK) breed calf was presented to the Polyclinics, Department of Surgery, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Kafkas with complaint of abnormal facial shape. According to anamnesis the calf delivered normally from mother inseminated naturally. The other calves delivered from same mother was normal and there was no information about the bull used for natural insemination. Inspection and palpation revealed a cleft starting from oral cavity passing through between nasal cavities and extending to the middle of forehead. At the end of cleft, semi-solid, conical, whitish-grey colored mass with dimensions of 2x3 cm was seen. Revision of the cleft area and extirpation of the mass were done after the sedation and local anesthesia of the calf. Subsequently, reconstructive surgery was performed for placing back nasal cavities and frontal area to the normal anatomical position. The histopathological result showed that it was a congenital apocrine gland nevus. Post-operative follow up for 2.5 months with different time intervals showed no abnormality on the reconstruction area and general condition of the calf.
