Spontan koroner arter diseksiyonu akut miyokard infarktüsü ve ani kardiyak ölüme neden olabilen nadir bir klinik durumdur. Genellikle kadınlarda hamilelik ile ilişkili bir şekilde görülmektedir. Biz bu olguda 21 yaşındaki tıp fakültesi öğrencisinin yoğun emosyonel stres yaşadığı sınav döneminde ortaya çıkan, spontan koroner arter diseksiyonuna bağlı gelişen akut inferiyor miyokard infarktüsü olgusunu sunduk.

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is rare condition, and usually observed in pregnant woman, and may lead to acute myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death. In this paper, we present a case report of a 21 year old medical student experiencing acute inferior wall myocardial infarction secondary to the spontaneous coronary artery dissection provoked by intensive emotional stress induced by the stress of exams of the medical school.
