196fetüsteGİS anomalisi tespit edildi. Bulgular: GİS anomalisi olan 196 gebeden 27 ‘sinde gastroşizis, 25’inde omfalosel, 23‘ünde özofagealatrezi mevcuttu. Çalışmamıza dahil edilen gebelerin yaş ortalaması 27.7, ortalama gebelik haftası 23.2 olarak hesaplandı. Gebelerin ortalama gravidası 2.2 iken, ortalama parite 0.89 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Anomalili fetuslara erken tanı konması gebeliğin seyri açısından olumlu sonuçlar doğuracağını düşünmekteyiz.
EVALUATION OF PRENATAL DIAGNOSED FETAL GASTROINTESTINAL ABNORMALITIES: FOUR YEARS ANALYSES
Introduction: To retrospectively analyze the gastrointestinal system (GIS) anomalies detected in pregnant women who applied for fetal screening. Materials and Methods: Cases who applied to Izmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital Perinatology clinic between January 1, 2017 and January 1, 2021 and were found to have GIS anomalies were included. GIS anomalies were detected in 196 fetuses. Results: Of 196 pregnant women with GIS anomalies, 27 had gastroschisis, 25 had omphalocele and 23 had esophageal atresia. The mean age of the pregnant women included in our study was27.7, and the mean gestational week was 23.2. While the mean gravida of the pregnant women was 2.2, the mean parity was found to be 0.89. Conclusion: We think that early diagnosis of anomaly fetuses will have positive results in terms of the course of pregnancy.
