İvermektin ve amitraz ile sağaltılan demodicosisli köpeklerde hematolojik ve biyokimyasal bulgular
Bu çalışmada Dernodex canis ile enfekte 20 köpek kullanıldı. Köpeklerde lezyorpar vücudun her tarafında görüldü. Tüm köpeklerde şiddetli kaşıntı, kıl dökülmesi, iştahsızlık, kepeklenme ve kaşeksi gözlendi. Bütün köpeklerden alınan deri kazıntısında Demodex etkenlerinin tüm gelişme dönemleri gözlendi. Tüm köpeklerden sağaltımdan önce ve 3 hafta sonra kan alındı. Kanda, eritrosit, lökosit ve trombosit sayılan hemoglobin miktarı, hematokrit değeri, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, MPV, glikoz, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), kreatinin, total bilirubin, albumin ve üre değerleri saptandı. Hematological and biochemical findings in demodicosis dogs treated with ivermectin and amitraz
In this study, twenty dogs naturally infected with Demodex canis were examined. The lesions were seen in the whole surface of the bodies of the dogs. In all dogs, intense itching, loss of hair, anorexia, scurfs and cachexia were observed. The Demodex agents in all stages of development were observed in the scrapings taken from the dogs. Blood samples were taken from all dogs before and after 3 weeks the treatment. From these blood samples erythrocyte, leucocyte and thrombocyte counts, hemoglobin amount, haematocrit value, mean cell volume (MCV), mean cell hemoglobin (MCH), mean cell hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), red blood cell distribution width (RDW), mean platelet volume (MPV), serum glucose, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatinine, total bilirubin, albumin and urea values were determined.
