Bu çalışmanın amacı, çok partili döneme geçişte basında sürdürülen  polemikleri ortaya koymak, bu polemiklerin hangi koşullarda ortaya çıktığını ve temel niteliklerini açıklayabilmektir. 

This study aims to explain the main characteristics of the press polemics and antecedents on the transition of multy parties period framework and the determining factors which means of historical bases as regarded all aspects of the period. After then the relationship between post-war political arenas both interior and foreign politics together with press polemics is evaluated in order to get the whole “picture” of the transition period and also to make clear these aims, the newspapers which were circulated in the period both supporter and opposite of central government politics of them were of columnist and writing of parliaments are assessed.
