POST-MODERNİZM VE POST-BÜROKRATİK ÖRGÜT FORMLARI

Günümüzde, yeni kurumsal mimarinin parçaları olarak ifade edilen sınırsız, hayalet ve modüler vb. örgütlerin; görev, ürün ve faaliyetlerin organize edilmelerine sağladıkları artan katkıları görülmektedir. Yenilikçi örgüt tasarımları şeklinde tanımlanan söz konusu post-bürokratik formların; koşullar doğrultusunda kendilerini yeniden yapılandırmayı hedefleyerek, daha geçirgen ve esnek hale geldikleri anlaşılmakta ve bu bağlamda örgüt sınırlarının giderek belirsizleştiği vurgulanmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile günümüz örgütlerinin bürokrasiden gitgide uzaklaşarak post-modern bağlamda nasıl post-bürokratik formlara doğru devşirildiklerinin incelenmesi ve söz konusu formların özelliklerinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır.

POST-MODERNISM AND POST-BUREAUCRATIC ORGANIZATIONAL FORMS

In our day, denoted as elements of new organizational architecture; boundaryless-barrier free, hollow and modular organizations are providing increasing contribution to organizations in terms of mission, product and activities. Considered as innovative designs, post-bureaucratic organizational forms are capable of restructuring themselves acccording to the circumstances and become more permeable, flexible, by means of this boundaries become gradually blurred. Therefore, this study aims to reveal how current organizations increasingly move away from bureaucracy and how they become post-bureaucratic organizations in the context of post-modernism.
