EVALUATION OF PRESENT STATE AND DYNAMICS OF THE INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF HOTEL BUSINESS IN UKRAINE 1 2

ÖZET Otelcilik sektörü hem genel olarak ülkenin hem de ayrı ayrı bölgelerin çekiciliğinin artmasında önemli bir rol oynar. Ağırlama, bir ekonomik aktivite olarak turizmin temelini oluşturur. Konaklama, seyahat sırasında turistlere sunulan hizmetler arasında merkezi bir yere sahiptir ve her bir turun ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır.Otel pazar dönüşümünün dinamik süreçleri ve bu pazardaki uluslarası rakiplerin yoğunlaşması, otel işletmelerinin yatırımlarını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bu makalenin amacı Ukranyada otel endüstrisinin genel durumunu araştırmak, analiz etmek ve yatırım faaliyetlerini değerlendirmektir.

Hotel industry plays a significant role in increasing the attractiveness of the country as a whole and its separate regions internationally. Hospitality - is the foundation of tourism as an economic activity. Accommodation has a central place in a range of services offered to tourists during a travel, and is an integral part of every tour. Dynamic processes of hotel market transformation and intensification of international competition in this market, necessitate the investment development of the hotel industry enterprises. Purpose of the paper is investigation of general situation of the hotel industry in Ukraine, analysis and evaluation of investment activity of hotel business in Ukraine.
