THE EFFECTS ON THE COMMITMENT AND PERFORMANCE OF THE MEMBER BY THE TIES ESTABLISHED IN THE LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE: A QUALITATIVE

For the positive reflection of leader-member relations on organizational culture, it is necessary for each individual to be able to connect with each other and these ties must be real. In this process, the leader is the one who can bind the ties and strengthen them. In this context, the leader must have positive characteristics and influence his / her members. The study is a qualitative study in which there are two different departments in a state university, two different groups in which academic and administrative personnel are involved, and 14 participants in which face-to-face interviews are conducted.
