Agriturizm (Tarım Turizmi) Kavramı ve Uygulamada Kullanılan İlgili Yasal Yapılanmalar

Tarım ile turizm faaliyetlerini birleştirerek bu iki farklı disiplinin kendine özgü uygulama sınırlarını düzenleyebilecek yasal sınırlar ve örgütlenme biçimleri agriturizmin gelecekteki sağlıklı işleyişi için önem arz etmektedir. Bu noktadan hareketle, genel teşkilatlanma düzeyleri ve ilgili kuruluşların yapılanmasıyla ilgili bilgiler çalışmanın ana çerçevesini oluşturmaktadır. Yasalar ve tüzüklerle farklı ülkelerde yaygın biçimde uygulanan işletmeler ve diğer ortaklıkların yasal özellikleri hangi ölçütlere göre belirlenmiştir sorusunun cevabı bu çalışmada aranmaktadır. Gerekli sınıflamalardaki ekonomik yükümlülükler ve hangi grupların, tüzel ya da özel kişiliklerin kimlere karşı sorumlu olduğu bilgileri temel çerçevede ele alınarak genelgeçer bir örgütlenme çeşitleri konu ile ilgili literatüre katkıda bulunmak üzere ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

The Concept of Agritourism (Agricultural Tourism) and Related Legal Structures Used in Practice

Combining agriculture and tourism activities, the legal boundaries and forms of organization that can regulate the specific limits of application of these two different disciplines are important for the future healthy functioning of agritourism. From this point of view, the level of general organizational structure and the organization of relevant institutions constitute the main framework of the study. The answer of the question "which legal standards have been determined by laws and regulations and widely applied in different countries in terms of the legal characteristics of enterprises and other partnerships in agritourism?" is searched in this study. The economic liabilities in the required classifications and the information about groups, the legal or private personalities are responsible for whom, are examined in the framework of the basic framework and various types of organizational organizations have been tried to be contributed to the related literature.
