Nozokomiyal Pseudomonas Aeruginosa İzolatlarında Antibiyotik Duyarlılık Oranları

Giriş: Bu çalışmada nozokomiyal enfeksiyon etkeni olarak izole edilen 110 Pseudomonas aeruginosa suşunda çeşitli antibiyotiklere direnç oranlarının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Pseudomonas aeruginosa izolatları konvansiyonel yöntemlerle tanımlanmış, antibiyotik duyarlılık testleri Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute standartlarına göre Kirby--Bauer disk difüzyon yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. limipenem, meropenem, seftazidim, sefepim, aztreonam, piperasilin/tazobaktam, amikasin, gentamisin, tobramisin, netilmisin, siprofloksasin, sefoperazon/sulbaktam ve kolistin duyarlılığı araştırılmıştır. Bulgular: lzolatların en duyarlı oldukları antibiyotikler sırasıyla; kolitsin (%100), seftazidim(%97), sefepim(%96), amikasin(%94), piperasilin (%94) ve siprofloksasin (%92) olmuştur. Antibiotic Susceptibility Rates In Nosocomial Pseudomonas aeruginosa Isolates

Aim: This study aims to investigate antibiotic resistance rates of 'l 10 Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains isolated from nosocomial infections. Material and Methods: Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were identified by conventional methods. According to the standards of Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute, antibiotics susceptibility tests were performed by Kirby—Bauer disk diffusion method. Imipenem, meropenem, ceftazidime, cefepime, aztreonam, piperacillin/tazobactam, amikacin, gentamicin, tobramycin, netilmicin, ciprofloxacin, cefoperazone/sulbactam and colistin sensitivity was investigated. Results: Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were most susceptible to antibiotics respectively, colistin (100%), ceftazidime (97%), cefepime (96%), amikacin (94%), piperacillin (94%) and ciprofloxacin (92%).
