Ders web sayfaları:özellikleri,hazırlanması,kullanımı ve öğretim elemenlarının tutumları

Okulların internete baglanmasına yönelik çalısmalar hızla devam etmektedir. Ayrıca internet baglantı ücretlerinin azalması ve ASDL’ in yaygınlasması hem ögrencilerin hem de ögretmenlerin internete baglanma olanaklarını arttırmıstır. Nicelik olarak hızlanan bir ivme gösteren bilgisayarlasma ve internete baglanma oranının, nitelige dönüsmesi gerekmektedir. Aksi taktirde teknolojik imkanların israfı söz konusu olacaktır. 'nternetin kaynaga erisim ve iletisim baglamında egitim ortamlarını destekleyebilecegi asikardır. Bu çalısmada internetin olanaklarına bir çatı görevi üstlenen ve bu imkanların daha organize bir sekilde kullanılmasını saglayacak olan ders web sayfalarının, hazırlanması ve kullanımına iliskin öneriler ortaya konulmus ve ögretim üyelerinin ders web sayfalarının hazırlanmasına ve kullanılmasına iliskin tutumları belirlenmeye çalısılmıstır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre ögretim elemanlarının olumluya yakın bir tutum sergiledikleri ancak bir takım çekinceleri oldugu görülmüstür. Ayrıca tutumlar açısından unvan grupları arasında anlamlı bir fark varken cinsiyet ve alan grupları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıstır.

Course web pages: features,creation,use and attitdes of lecturers

The studies related to internet connection of schools are on the increase. In addition decrease in connection cost and to become widespread of ADSL are increase both teachers’ and students’ internet connection possibilities. Acceleration on the ratio of having computer and internet connection must improve the quality of instruction. Otherwise itis discussed wastefulness of technological possibilities. It is evidence that internet supports educational environment in the context of access and communication. In this study, it is tried to asset some suggestions related to creating and using course web pages which undertake a framework to facilities of internet and which will provide to use these facilities in a more organized manner and it is aimed that to find out the attitudes related to the usage and the prepare of the course web pages by lecturer. In the study results, it is seen that the lecturers have a tendency which is positive but also it is seen that they have some drawbacks. Also the study showed that although there is significant difference between title groups in terms of attitudes, no difference can be found between the sex and field groups
