Kırık, Lancer, arpa, çavdar, yulaf ve mısır sorpsiyon izosterik ısılarının hesaplanması

Bu araştırmada, Kırık, Lancer, arpa, çavdar, yulaf ve mısırın sorpsiyon izosterik ısıları Clausius-Clapeyron eşitliği kullanılarak hesaplanmıştır. Tahıl örneklerinin sorpsiyon izosterik ısıları su içeriğinin artması ile birlikte azalma gösterilmiştir.

The calculation of isosteric heats of Kırık, Lancer, barley, rye, oat and corn

In this research, the isosteric heats of Kırık, Lancer, barley, rye, oat and corn were calculated by using Clausius-Clapeyron equation. Isosteric heats of cereal samples decreased as the water content of cereal samples increased.
