Safra kesesinin skuamöz hücreli karsinomu

Amaç: Safra kesesinde skuamöz hücreli kârsinom teşhis edilen bir olgunun, nadir görülmesi nedeniyle tartışılması amaçlandı. Olgu sunumu: Safra kesesinde skuamöz hücreli karsinom teşhis edilen 55 yaşında bir kadın hastayı sunduk. Hasta uzun zamandır devam eden karın ağrısı, hazımsızlık ve şişkinlik şikayetleri nedeniyle kronik taşlı kolesistit ön tanısı ile öpere edildi. Kese lümeninde multipl taşlar mevcuttu, ayrıca tüm kese duvarını tutan gri-beyaz renkli, infiltratif özellikte tümöral doku görüldü. Hastaya histopatolojik inceleme sonucunda iyi diferansiye skuamöz hücreli karsinom teşhisi konuldu. Hasta operasyondan 3 hafta sonra kardiyopulmoner yetmezlik nedeniyle kaybedildi. Sonuç: Safra kesesinin skuamöz hücreli karsinomu nadir görülen ve kötü klinik gidiş gösteren bir tümördür.

Squamous cell carcinoma of gallbladder

Objective: It was aimed to discuss a rare case which was diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma of the gallbladder. Case report: We presented a female aged 55 years who was diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma of gallbladder. The patient exhibited complaints of abdominal pain, dyspepsia and flatus and underwent surgery with a diagnosis of chronic cholelithiasis. Multiple stones were in the lumen of gallbladder, and was seen tumoral tissue that as infiltrative gray-white mass. Entire gallbladder wall was involved by tumor tissue. Histopathologically, a pure type of well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the gallbladder was diagnosed. She died after three weeks from the operation with cardiopulmonary failure. Conclusion: Squamous cell carcinoma of the gallbladder is a rare tumor with an ill- defined clinical course."
