Amaç: C-reaktif protein (CRP); inflamatuvar hastalıklarda, kardiyovasküler olaylarda, travma ve inflamasyonla ilişkili bir çok du-rumda belirteç olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada farklı cihazlar ile immunnefelometrik ve immunturbidimetrik yöntemler kar-şılaştırılmıştır.Gereç ve Yöntem: BN II System (Siemens Diagnostics, Germany)’de rutin olarak çalışılan 150 CRP numunesi 4 düzey (10 mg/L) oluşturularak çalışmaya alındı. Tüm numuneler Immage 800, Architect c16000, Beckman AU680, Cobas C501 cihazlarında çalışıldı.Bulgular: İkili grup olarak immunnefelometrik BN II System ve Immage 800 cihazlarındaki CRP sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında arala-rında anlamlı fark olduğu saptanmıştır (p
