Liselerde Görev Yapan Resim Öğretmenlerinin, Öğrencilerinin Yaratıcılıklarını Geliştirmeye Yönelik Nitelikleri
Eğitim sisteminin temel öğelerinden birisi öğretmendir. Genel olarak, eğitim amaçlarının gerçekleşmesi öğretmenlerin nitelikli olarak yetişmesiyle sağlanmaktadır. Resim öğretmenleri ise öğrencilerin yaratıcı niteliklerini geliştirme açısından oldukça önemli bir role sahiptir. Çocuklar daima güzel resim yaparlar. Güzel resim yapan yaratıcı bir çocuğun giderek sıradan işler yapan kişiler durumuna gelmesi yanlış eğitime bağlıdır. Bu çalışmada; "liselerde görev yapan resim öğretmenlerinin öğrencilerinin yaratıcılıklarını geliştirmeye yönelik nitelikleri" araştırılmıştır. Bu araştırma sonucunda;. öğrenciler ve müdürler, sanat ve sanat eğitimi ile iç içe yaşayan resim öğretmenlerinin, çok fazla yaratıcı özelliklere sahip kişiler olmadığını bulmuşlardır. Resim öğretmenlerinin ders işleme yöntemlerinin, öğrencilerin yaratıcılığını ikinci derecede geliştirebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. Öğrenciler ve müdürler, resim öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimlerinin öğrencilerin yaratıcılığını geliştiremeyecek nitelikte olduğunu bulmuşlardır. Tüm denekler, liselerde verilen resim dersi genel amaçlarının öğrencilerin yaratıcılığını geliştirmeyi amaçladığı sonucuna varmışlardır.
The Quality of Art Teachers Working in High Schools to Develop the Creativity of Their Students
One of the basic elements of educational system is teacher. Generally, educational aims are achieved by well-trained teachers. Art teachers have great importance in terms of improving students' creative abilities. Children always draw well. If a child, who draws well and is creative, becomes an ordinary person, it is certainly because of bad education. In this study, "the qualities of art teachers working in high schools to develop the creative qualities of their students" have been researched. At the result of this research, students and principals have found that, art teachers haven't been very creative people as they should be. It has been found out that teaching methods of art teachers will be able to develop creativeness of their students on second level. Students and principals have agreed that, art teachers' classroom managements won't be able to develop of their students' creativity. All subjects have agreed that the main aims of the art course in high schools aimed the developing creativity of the students.
