Role of School Administratorsin Teachers Acquiring Prestige
Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin kişisel saygınlığını artırmada okul yöneticilerinin rolünü belirlemek hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçla Likert-tipi tek boyutlu bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Literatür incelemesi ve uzman görüşlerine baş vurularak 68 maddelik bir havuz oluşturulmuştur.. Faktör analizi işlemleri sonucunda Ölçeğin güvenirlik katsayısı (Cronbach alfa) 0.96 bulunurken, , Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) Measure of sampling Adequacy'si 0.86 bulunmuştur. Yapılan faktör analizi işlemleri sonucunda birinci faktör altında toplanan 43 maddelik tek boyutlu geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen ölçek Elazığ ilinde ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan ilköğretim okulları yöneticilerinin öğretmenlerin saygınlığını belirlemedeki rolünü öğrenmek amacıyla üç farklı okulda birinci ve ikinci kademede görev yapan toplam 407 öğretmenin görüşü alınmıştır.
Okul Yöneticilerinin Öğretmenlere Saygınlık Kazandırmadaki Rolü
Determination of role of school administrators in increasing teachers' personal prestige is aimed in this study. In doing so, a single dimension scale like Likert-type was developed. A pool of 68 items was formed with a literature study and based on views of experts. Due to the factor analysis calculations, reliability coefficient of the scale was (Cronbach alfa) 0,96; scale of sampling adequacy of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) was 0,86. With the factor analysis calculations, a one-dimensional valid and reliable scale was formed with 43 items collected under the first factor. With the scale developed, views of 407 teachers working in the first and second division in three different schools were received in order to determine the role of primary school administrators in the province of Elazığ in determining teachers' prestige.
