Farklı yerleşim sıklığında yetiştirilen Japon Bıldırcınlarının (Coturnix Coturnix Japonica) performans parametreleri üzerine rasyona katılan multienzimin etkileri

Bu çalışmanın amacı, farklı yerleşim sıklığında yetiştirilen Japon Bıldırcınlarının (Coturnix Coturnix Japonica) performansları üzerine multienzim katkısı (proteaz, fitaz, β- glukanaz, ksilanaz)’nın etkilerini araştırmaktır. Toplam 8 günlük yaşta 160 bıldırcın kullanılmıştır. Japon bıldırcınları kafeslere 160 ve 80 cm2/bıldırcın olacak şekilde yerleştirilmiştir. 2 Çalışma grupları, temel diyet ile beslenen Kontrol (K) (160 cm /bıldırcın/kafes) ve 2 Yerleşim Sıklığı (YS) (80 cm /bıldırcın/kafes) grupları ile temel diyete multienzim (1 g/kg 2 diyet) katkısı yapılmış Enzim grubu (E) (80 cm /bıldırcın/kafes) olarak dizayn edilmiştir. The effects of multienzyme supplementation to diet on performance parameters of Japanese Quails (Coturnix Coturnix Japonica) raised under different stocking densities

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of multienzyme (protease, phytase, β-glucanase, xylanase) supplementation on performance of Japanese Quails (Coturnix Coturnix Japonica) which were raised in different stocking densities. A total of 160 eight- day-old quails were used. They were placed as 160 and 80 cm2/quail in cages. The experimental groups were designed as Control (C) group (160 cm2/quail/cage) and High Stocking Density (SD) group (80 cm2/quail/cage) which were fed with basal diet 2 and Enzyme (E) group (80 cm /quail/cage) that was fed with basal diet supplemented with multienzyme (1 g/kg diet).
