Pazarlanamayan kırık yumurtaların toklu besi rasyonlarında kullanılma olanakları

Bu çalışmada, pazar dışı kırık yumurtaların toklu rasyonlarma katılabilme olanağı araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, çalışmada yaklaşık 30 kg canlı ağırlıkta, 7-8 aylık 21 adet İvesi erkek toklu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma rasyonları izonitrojenik ve izokalorik olarak hazırlanmıştır. Rasyona kırık yumurtanın ilave şekli ise deneme gruplarını oluşturmuştur. Buna göre, rasyona yumurta ilave edilmeyen grup kontrol grubunu (K), soya küspesinden gelen proteininin %10'u yumurta proteininden gelecek şekilde işlenmemiş yumurta ilave edilen grup Yumurta (YUM grubu) grubunu, formaldehitle işlenmiş (Ham proteinin %0.6'sı) kırık yumurta ilave edilen de Yumurta+Formol (YUM+FORMOL grubu) grubunu oluşturmuştur. The potential use of unmarketable cracked eggs in rations of lambs

In this study, potential use of unmarketable cracked eggs in rations of lambs was investigated. A total of 21 male Avassi lambs at the age of 7-8 months (average of 30 kg body weight) were used. The rations were prepared isonitrogenic and isocaloric. Treatment groups were based on the method of addition of cracked eggs. According to this, the group without egg was control group (C), the group supplemented with untreated egg to compensate 10 % protein of soybean meal was Egg group (Egg) and the group supplemented with formaldhyde treated egg (0.6 % of crude protein) was Egg+formol (Egg+Formol).
