Kurumsal değerlerinin aidiyet üzerindeki etkisi ve Kamusal örneklem

Bu çalışmada, örgütlerde ilan edilen kurumsal değerlerin aidiyet üzerindeki etkisi tartışılmıştır. Paylaşılan değerler; bireysel algıda kurumsal bağlılığı artırırken, kurumsal düzeyde de geleceği şekillendirmek için gerekli olan temel yapı taşlarının bir araya gelmesini kolaylaştırmaktadır. Paylaşılan değerler, kurum içinde güven ve motivasyon ortamının oluşumuna katkı sağlamaktadır. Pek çok araştırmada; örgütsel değerler sisteminin ve yaygın olarak paylaşılan değerlerin kurumsal ai- diyet duygusuna pozitif etkisi olduğu yönünde sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Ortak değerlere ve inançlara sahip olmak sadece temel sorunlar, temel yaklaşımlar konusunda benzer düşünme eğilimini arttırmakla kalmaz ayrıca kurumsal alanda bireylerin birbirleriyle olan iletişiminde güven düzeyini geliştirerek bilgi paylaşımını da kolaylaştırır. Dolayısıyla paylaşılan kurumsal değerler kurumsal bütünleşme- ye önemli oranda etki etmektedir. Kamuda yapılan bu çalışmada şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Ortak değerlere sahip olmak çalışanları motive etmekte ve aidiyet bilincini artırmaktadır. Çalışanlar değerler kültürü ile yönetilmeyi, değerlerin hayata geçirilmesinde kurumsal önlemler alınmasını ve yöneticilerin uygulamaları ile kendilerine rol model olmasını beklemektedirler.

Influence of corporate values on the sense of belonging and public sample

In this study, influence of corporate values announced in organizations on the sense of belonging has been discussed. Shared values increases corporate commitment in individualistic perception while it easies convention of basic structures required to shape future in corporate level. Trust and motivation en- vironment is achieved through the shared values within the institution. In many researches, it has been reached to the conclusion that the organizational valu- es system and widely shared values have positive influence on corporate sen- se of belonging. Having mutual values and beliefs not only increases the ten- dency to think similarly on basic approaches but it also easies the share of information by improving trust level in communication of individuals in corporate field. Thus, shared corporate values make important contribution to corporate integra- tion. Consequently, shared corporate values make important contribution to cor- porate integration. Following conclusions have been drawn in this study executed in the public. Ha- ving mutual values motivates the employees and increases the sense of belon- ging. Employees expect to be managed by cultural values, taking of corporate measures in putting the values into practice and managers to be a role model for them with their practices.
