2011 Yılı insani kalkınma göstergeleri açısından Avrupa birliği ve Türkiye karşılaştırması

Bu çalışmada 18 temel insani kalkınma göstergesi çerçevesinde Avrupa Birliği ve Türkiye'nin karşılaştırmalı olarak analizi yapılmıştır. Karşılaştırmalar yapılırken AB'nin eski üyeleri AB-15 ve 1 Mayıs 2004'de AB'ye yeni üye olan 10 ülke ve 1 Ocak 2007'de üye olan 2 ülke AB-12 olarak tanımlanmıştır. İnsani Kalkınma Endeksinin hesaplanmasında kullanılan bazı temel göstergeler AB-27 bazında da değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın verileri oluşturulurken 2011 ve önceki yıllara ait İnsani Kalkınma Raporlarından yararlanılmıştır.

Comparasion of European union and Turkey in terms of 2011 human development indicators

In this study, European Union and Turkey comparatively analysed according to 18 fundamental human development indicators. During comparasions, EU's old members are defined as "EU-15" and the countries which joined at May 1, 2004 and January 1, 2007 are " EU-12". Main indicators used in calculation of human development index are evaluated as " EU-27". During data gathering of the study Human Development Reports for 2011 and previous years are used.
