Finansal krizlerin istihdam artırıcı etkisi: Türkiye ekonomisi yanılsaması

İktisadi krizlerin istihdam üzerindeki etkisinin bilinmesi makro anlamdaki politikaların tasarımında oldukça önemlidir. Bu etki literatürde ciddi bir şekilde araştırılmamıştır. Bu çalışmada müdahale analizi kullanılarak Türkiye ekonomisi özelinde 1994, 2000 ve 2001 krizlerinin istihdam üzerindeki etkileri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları özellikle 1994 ve 2000 krizlerinin istihdam üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı sonuçları olduğunu ve özellikle istihdamın bileşiminin tarımsal geri bağlantı özelliklerini kullanacak şekilde farklılaştığını göstermektedir. Bunlara dayanarak aslında krizler ve istihdam arasında çok ciddi bir geçiş-kenliğin olması sorunun ne ciddiyetle ele alınması gerektiğini de beraberinde getirmektedir.

Boosting employment impact of financial crisis: Turkish economy lllusion

It is pretty important to have known the effect of economic crises on employment in terms of designing macro policies. This effect has not been researched seriously in literature . Iri*this study the effects of 1994, 2000 and 2001 crises on employment in turkey case was tried to be researched by using intervention analysis. The empirical findings of study testifies, the effects of especially 1994 and 2000 crises have statistically significiant and particularly the composition of employment varies as a consequence of using agricultural back link. On this basis basically that there has been a close transitivity between crisises and employment accompany to dealing with seriously this problematic.
