ÜÇ FARKLI KOMPOZİTİN YAPAY TÜKÜRÜK ORTAMINDA FLOR SALINIM DEĞERLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı, üç farklı yapıdaki kompozit dolgu maddesinin Charisma F, Solitaire,Tetric florür salınım özelliklerini suni tükürükortamında farklı sürelerde incelemektir.Disk şeklinde hazırlanan örnekler 7 mmçapında ve 2 mm yükseklik 24 saat , 7, 14, 21, 28gün, suni tükürük içerisinde 37°C de etüvde bekletildi. Sal›nan flor miktarlar› spesifik florid elektrodu kullan›larak ölçüldü.

An Investigation of Flouride Release of Three Different Composite in Artificial Saliva

The aim of this study was to investigate thefluoride release characteristics of three differentcomposite Charisma F, Solitaire and Tetric inartificial saliva at different periods. Seven discs 7mm diameter and 2 mm height were prepared foreach material. Each disc was immersed in 20 mlartificial saliva at 37°C. The release of fluoridefrom materials was measured after 24 hour, 7, 14,21, 28 days. The amount of fluoride from materialswas measured by using spesific fluoride electrode. Results were not appropriate for Varyans Analyzis. They were analyzed by non parametric methods. As a result, all materials released more fluoride initially. The levels were higher at the 24 hoursand the following days decreased relatively. Tetricreleased more fluoride than the other materials. This was followed by Solitaire and the leastreleased Charisma F. The released of fluoride pattern from the materials was the same type. The levelwere higher at the first time and they decreased relatively at the other days
