Clinical Procedures of Porcelain Laminate Veneers: A Clinical Report

Clinical studies on porcelain laminate veneersseem to support their use as a standard treatmentmethod in modern restorative dentistry. Porcelain isalmost ideal in its ability to mimic the translucenceand structure of natural teeth. The biologic acceptance of porcelain restorations is excellent and thedata evaluating porcelain for chemical stability, cytotoxicity and the potential to cause sensitivityand irritation show that equal to or better thanother restorative materials. This case reportexplains clinical procedures of porcelain laminateveneer technique. Veneer restorations produced byIPS Empress II with layering technique. Dual curecomposite cement was used for bonding laminateveneers
