Marek Aşısında Kullanılan Çeşitli Sulandırma Sıvılarının Bağışıklık Üzerinde invivo ve İnvitro Etkilerinin Araştırılması

Marek aşısının uygulanması esnasında kullanılmak üzere, değişik formüle sahip sulandırma sıvılarının, SPGA sulandırma sıvısı ile invitro ve invivo mukayasesi yapılmış ve 2 nolu sulandırma sıvısı SPGA'ya yakın sonuç vermiştir.

Invivo and Invitro Comparative Studies on the Diluents of Marek's Disease Vaccine.

Studies have been carried out by means of invivo and invitro to compare the different formulated diluents with SPGA to find out more stable and chla.per diluent to· be used .during the applications of Marek's disease vaccine in the field. The second diluent has given the similar results which are close to SPGA.
