Amphetamin ve benzeri maddeleri kağıt kromatografisi yardımiyle birbirinden ayırmağa yarayacak ayraçların bulunmasıı

1 - Denemeye alınan üç adet inkişaf solusyonundan butanol/ glasıel asetik asit/su (6 : ı,s: 2,5) karı şımı ile en iyi sonuç alınmıştır . 2 - Saf ve at idrarına ilave edilmiş olunan on adet çeşitli amphetamin ve benzeri maddeler için Rf değeri ve ultraviyole ışını altındaki görüntüleri tesbit edilmiştir. 3 - Kromatoğramlar inkişaf solusyonunda ı2 saat müddetle bekletilmeleriyle alkalotilerin daha iyi ayrılabileceği anlaşılmıştır. 4 - Amphetamin ve benzeri maddeleri biribirinden ayırmak ıçın 16 adet değişik ayraç kullanılmıştır. Bunlarla denemede kullandığımiz ı O adet değişik amphetamin ve amhetamin benzeri maddeleri kesinlikle biribirinden ayırmak mümkün olmuştur. Ayni kromotoğramlara, maddelerin saf şekilleri kontrol gayesile tatbik edilerek çalışmalar mukayeseli olarak yürütülmüştür. idrardan izole edilen alkaloiderin Rf değerleri saf şekillerine göre daha küçük bulunmuştur. Fakat ikinci bir temizleme işleminden sonra, idrardan elde edilen alkaloiderin Rf değerleri saf şekillerinin Rf değerlerine ulaşmıştır .

Reagents for identification of amphetamine and analogous substances separated paper chromatography

Separation and identification of amphetamine and its homologues and other organic bases used in veterinary medicine as sympathomimetics were performed by paper chromatography. The substances were eluted by (6: 1,5 : 2,5) bunatol/acetic acid/water mixture, The experiment were carried on by_ isolating the compounds from horse urine and pure substance mixtures by paper chromatography. The spots _ were classified as follows, (a) fluorescent (b) abs orbing (c) non reakting under UV light source The extractıon of the substances from urine was performed by ammonium sulphate method. The Rf values obtained for ur'ine were found lower than those of the pure substances. The spots from the two soureces were not identical when examined under UV. The results obteined from the pure and urinary substances corresponted to other when the urinary was purified 2-3 times, which is explained by the existence of other compounds interfering with the chromatoğraphic separation.
