Bunlardan yeni elde edilen 7 numaralı suş ile evvelce elde mevcut attenüe bir suş olan 212 numaralı suşun 275 nci pasajından iki ayrı ' aşı yapılması cihetine gidilmesine karar verilerek o yolda hareket edilmiştir. 7 numaralı suştan formüllü ve 212 numaralı attenüe suştan ise formülsüz aşılar hazırlanmış ve bunlardan laktasyonda olan aynı zamanda laktasyon devrinde· olmayan koyunlara· 3-5 ml. miktarında deri altı inoküle edilmiştir. 21 gün sonra 7 numaralı suşla. eprüvasyon yapılmış olup inaktiv aşıdan %, 60- 65, aktenüe· aşıdan ,% 55 civarında netice alınmıştır. Aşı istihsaline paralel. olarak mikoplazmaların aynı zamanda antibiogramları da yapılmıştır.

Out of these new stains, the one with 7 number and the other attenuated with 212 number which has been passed 275 times were decided to be used in vaccine production, and so done. Vaccine with formalin out of the strain 7 and vaccine without formalin out of the attenuated strain 212 have been prepared and inoculated in 3- 5 ml. amounts subcutaneously in to the ewes . both in lactation and in dry period After a 21 day- period, the control was proved with the strain 7 which resulted 60-65 % as inactivated vaccine; and the same control was proved with tfe strain 212 v.. • hich resulted 55 % as attenuated vaccine. On the paraHel of vaccine production, antibiograms were also made at the same time.
