Ankara ve Civarındaki Pastörize ve Pastörize olmayan sütlerde çeşitli hastalık etkenlerinin orijin ve nisbetlerinin tayini üzerinde araştırmalar

1 -Ankara civarında köylerdeki ineklerden 348 süt nümunesi, pastörize yapılmak üzere müesseselere gelen karişık 108 süt nümunesi ve pastörize olmuş 32 süt nümunesi Tüberküloz, Bruselloz, Salmonellez, Q-humması ve Mastitis yönlerinden incelenmiştir. 2 - Bütün sütlerden Tüberküloz yönünden yapılan incelemeler sonucu menfi bulunmuştur. 3 - Bruselloz yönünden yapılan yoklamalar sonucu· inek sütlerinde 31 . nümune karışık sütlerde 9 nümünede olmak üzere toplam olarak 40 -nümunede (% 8.7) oranında Ring test müsbet bulunmuş fakat mikrop izole edilememiştir. 4 - Salmonellasis yönünden yapılan yoklamalarda inek sütlerinden 125 nümunede (%. 35,9), karışık sütlerden 88 nümunede (% 81.4) pastörize olmuş sütlerden 27 numunede (% 84.3) oranlarında B. Coli bulunmuştur. 5 - Q - humması yönünden yapılan yoklamalarda inek sütlerinden yalnız. 1 nümunede (% 0.2) kapillar tüp aglütinasyon test'le müsbet bulunmuştur. 6 - Mastitis yönünden yapılan incelemelerde Hotis- test sonucu inek sütlerinden 215 nümunede (% 61.7) kanşık sütlerden 44 nümunede (% 40.7) _ pastörize 'sütlerden 2 nümunede (% 6.2) oranında ·müsb.et bulunmuştur. Mastitis yönünden yapılan kültürler sonuçlarında ise inek sütlerinde 197 nümunede (% 56.6) oranında hemolitik streptekok ve ) stafilokoklar bulunmuş, .52 nümunede (% 14.9) oranında hemoliz yapmayan koklar bulunmuştur. Karışık sütlerden 56 nümunede (% 51.8) oranında hemolitik streptokok ve stafilokoklar bulunmuş, 33 nümunede (% 30) arartında hemoliz yapmayan koklar bulunmuştur. Pastörize olmuş sütlerin kültürleri sonucunda· yalnız 2 nümunede (% 6:2) oranında hemolitik streptokok tesbit edilmiş diğerleri steril kalmıştır.

Studies on determination of the origins and propertions of the causutive agents of the diseases on the pasteurized and non-pasteurized.milk samples from Ankara and Vicinity

1· - 348 Cow milk samples from Ankara Villages, 108 mixed milk samples, which are brought .to the pasteurization palnt and 32 pasteurized milk samples· examined for tuberculosis, brucellosis, · salmonellosis, Q- fever, and .mastitis. 2 - All milk samples examined for tuberculosis, 'gave negative results. 3 - 31 Cow milk and 9 mixed milk samples total 40 samples gave positive reaction (8,7 %) for Ring- test. No brucella organism isolated from the·samples (0,2%) 4 - Milk samples examined for salmonellosis gave negative results. 5 - We carried out capillary tub agglutination test for Q-fever examination of milk samples. We had only one positive reaction from the first group of milk samples. (0,2 %) 6 - Hatis-test for mastitis : 215 (61,7 % )' milk samples from the first group, 44 ( 40,7 %) » » » » second group, 2 ( 6,2 1%) » » » » third group gave positive results. The results of' cow milk cultures made for mastitis, we found 197 (56,6 %) hemolytic streptococci and staphylococci, 52 samples (14,9 %) non hemolytic cocci. We found that from mixed milk samples 56 (51,8 %.) hemolytic streptococci and staphylococci, 33 (30 % ) non hemolytic .cocci. We found hemolytic streptococci from only 2 samples ( 6,2 %) of pasteurized milk, the atlıers gave negative results.
