Gündemin tuzağına düşmeden dershaneleri tartışmak

Son dönemde yürütülen dershanelerin kapatılması ve özel okullara dönüştürülmesine ilişkintartışma, Türkiyeye özgü bir eğitim politikası tartışması izlenimi verse de, Türkiyede son10 yıllık sürecin ve eğitime ilişkin küresel gelişmelerin incelenmesi, eğitimin fnansmanı veyönetimine ilişkin yapısal bir dönüşümün gerçekleşmekte olduğunu göstermektedir Yapılan açıklamalarda yalnızca dershanelerin özel okullara dönüştürüleceği dile getirilmiş,bu okulların kuruluş ilkeleri, büyüklükleri, çalışma, iş güvencesi koşulları, denetlenmelerikonusunda nelerin öngörüldüğü gibi ayrıntılara yer verilmemiştir. Bu konudaki gelişmeler,eğitimde bir yeniliğin değil dershane sahiplerine kaynak aktarımının ortaya çıkacağınıgöstermektedir.Eğitime katkı koymak yerine yeni sorunlar eklemeye aday bu sıkıntılı başlangıcın önlenmesiiçin bu modele ilişkin doğru zeminden yürütülecek akademik ve politik tartışmalara gerekbulunmaktadır.

Discussing the private tutoring centers wthout falling into the Trap of agenda

The recent debates about closing the private teaching centers (PTC) and converting them intoprivate schools gives the impression of a political agenda and educational policy unique toTurkey. However a worldwide research reveals that we are facing a structural transformationrelated to educational funding and management.The statements made, excluded the details about the founding principles, school size, workingand employment conditions and auditing of these schools. This approach points out that, theresult will not be an education development, but a transfer of funding to the owners of thesecenters.To prevent this troublesome start, nominee to add new problems in education rather than tocontribute, it is necessary to carry out academic and political debates of the model based on theright ground.
