Or what is not?’’ question will come to a solution in a model. There were collected many book sections and scientific articles via seach engines on internet and the scientific data bases which the university has a sucscription. Researcher has fully analysed both theoretical and practical knowledge sources. Especially the effort had been made to discover the dimensions yet unknown results on network organizations. Valid definitions and explanations have been discovered on this type of organization related with the question of ‘’What is network organization?’’ The situations which is not related with this type of organization formations had been set up for new opinions with the question of ‘’ What is not a network organization?’’
