Modern araştırmacılar, semantiği açıklayacak bazı teorileri koymaya çalışmışlardır. Bu teorileri gören, birçok etkenden neticelenen sorunların farkında olur. Bu çalışmada bazı sorunların üzerinde durarak açıklamaya çalıştım. Sonra çalışmanın sonunda uygun çözümleri ele aldım. Hiç şüphesiz semantikteki araştırma özellikle teorik açıdan önemli konulardandır. Çünkü teorik semantik pratiğin uygulaması için temel esastır. Bundan dolayı bu araştırmayı semantiğin teorik sorunları üzerine bina etmeye çalıştım. Bu sorunlar; işâret kuramında hissi manayla yetinme, tasvir kuramında zihinsel anlamın çelişmesi, davranış kuramında içgüdünün kontrolüne girmesi, bağlamsal teorilerde mananın bağlamla özdeşleşmesi, analiz kuramında lafzın konumunu yüceltme, temel ve dönüşüm kuramında cümlenin konumunu yüceltme, deneysel kuramda ise duygu ve gerçeklik ölçüleriyle yetinme, pragmatizm kuramında materyalizmin hakim olmasıdır. Bu sorunlardan yola çıkarak alternatif yeni teoriler inşa etmeye ve böylece modern semantik kuramında var olan eksikleri gidermeye çaba sarf edeceğiz. Bu araştırmada en önemli hedefimiz de budur.

After that I'll try to influence of these problems to build an alternative theory exceeding the imbalance in this theories, This is the most important thing this research aims.
