DEĞİŞİK YÖNTEMLERLE HAZIRLANAN METAL ALT YAPILAR ÜZERİNDEKİ VENEER PORSELENLERİNİN KIRILMA DİRENCİNE FARKLI KENAR BİTİM ŞEKİLLERİNİN ETKİSİNİN İNCELENMESİ≠

Amaç: Bu çalışmada,  değişik yöntemlerle hazırlanan metal alt yapılar üzerindeki veneer porselenlerinin kırılma direncine farklı kenar bitim şekillerinin etkisi in vitro olarak incelenmiştir.Materyal ve Metod: Örneklerin elde edileceği kesilmiş üst 1. küçük azı dişini temsil eden güdükler;  1. Güdük;  6 mm kuron boyu ve 6° taper açısında 1 mm shoulder basamak, 2. Güdük; 6 mm kuron boyu ve 6° taper açısında 1 mm chamfer basamak ile standardizasyonun sağlanması amacıyla CNC torna tezgahında hazırlanmıştır. Güdüklerden alınan ölçülerden 30 adet epoksi rezin güdük elde edilmiştir. Metal alt yapılar farklı yöntemlerle hazırlandıktan sonra üst yapı porseleni uygulanarak kuronlar tamamlanmıştır. Kuronlar epoksi rezin güdükler üzerine simante edildikten sonra veneer porselenlerinin kırılma dirençleri Universal test cihazında ölçülmüştür. Veriler iki yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ile değerlendirilmiş, çoklu karşılaştırma ve t-testi uygulanmıştır.Bulgular: Varyans analizi sonucunda; kırılma direnci değerlerine basamak şekli ve hazırlama yöntemlerinin etkisinin anlamlı olduğu istatistiksel olarak tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05).Sonuç: En yüksek veneer porselen kırılma direnci değerlerinin döküm yöntemiyle hazırlanan chamfer bitim hatlı kuronlarda olduğu görülmüştür. Anahtar Kelimeler: Metal alt yapılar, kenar bitim şekli, kırılma direnci  AN ANALYSIS OVER THE EFFECT OF MARGINAL DESIGN ON THE FRACTURE RESISTANCE OF VENEER PORCELAINS APPLIED ON  METAL FRAMEWORKS PREPARED THROUGH VARIOUS METHODSABSTRACT AimIn this study, the effect of marginal design on the fracture resistance of  veneer porcelains.Material and Method: To provide standardization, the dies representing the upper first premolar tooth, through which samples would be obtained, were prepared in the CNC turning machine as: the first die; with a 6 mm crown length and at 6º taper angle, having a 1 mm sholder marginal desing, the second die; with a 6 mm crown length and at 6 º taper angle, having a 1 mm chamfer marginal desing. 30 pieces of epoxy resin dies were obtained from the measurements taken from the dies. After the metal frameworks had been prepared through different methods, the crowns were completed by applying the body porcelain. After cementation the crowns on the epoxy resin dies, the fracture resistance of veneer porcelains was measured by the Universal test device. The data were evaluated through the two-way variance analysis (ANOVA).Results: It was statistically determined that the different metal framework methods and marginal design was significant effected fracture resistance of veneer porcelains (p<0.05).Conclusion: The framework of the highest fracture resistance values of veneer porcelain was seen in cast crowns prepared chamfer marginal design.
