Peri-implantmukositis bir oral implantın etrafındaki normalde yumuşak dokuda lokalize olan genellikle yetersiz keratinize dokuya bağlı implant etrafında çekilme ile sonuçlanan patolojik bir durumdur. Dental implantların klinik olarak uzun dönem başarısı büyük oranda implant çevresi kemik ve keratinize mukoza bandına bağlıdır. Peri-implantmukositisi mekanik ve antiseptik, antibiyotik ve cerrahi destekleyici tedavile- riyle başarılı olarak tedavi edilebilir. İmplant etrafında- ki sert ve yumuşak doku rejenerasyonunu sağlamak için;bağ doku grefti, serbest dişeti grefti (SDG), ve ye- ni bir teknik olan Trombositten zengin Fibrin (TZF),  kullanılmaktadır. Bu vaka raporunda protetik tedavi öncesi yetersiz keratinize mukoza miktarına bağlı açığa çıkmış implant yivlerinin TZF ve serbest dişeti greftinin kombinasyonu ile kapatılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalış- ma kapsamında, implant ile otojen kemik üzerine membran olarak TZF uygulaması uygun olabilir ve bu tedaviye ek olarak sonradan implant yüzeyine SDG yapılması ile daha başarılı ve stabil bir sonuç elde edilebilir. CASE REPORTABSTRACT Peri-implant mucositis is a pathological condition which is normally localized in the soft tissues surrounding oral implant; generally seen within adequate keratinized tissue often resulting in recession and dehiscence. Peri-implant mucositis can be controlled successfully by providing mechanical and antiseptic treatment, antibiotic and surgical supportive therapy. Connective tissue and free gingival grafting and a recent technique, Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) are used to improve soft and hard tissue regeneration around implants. The aim of this case report is to cover the exposed implant threads that occurs before prosthetic rehabilitation due to inadequate keratinized tissue with PRF and free gingval graft combination. Within the limitation of this case, the application of a PFR mebrane may be a feasible approach to use as a barrier membrane on autogenous grafts during implant placement and ın addition application of free gingival greft on the area, more successful and stable results can be obtained.
