The Concept of Empathy and Performance as an Aspect of Social Intelligence

However, there are other factors affecting success and performance on the job. Among these factors, social intelligence comes first. The first aim of this study is to explore the "social intelligence" com if. In addition, factors related to social intelligence such as empathy, social behavior, and performance will be comprehensively explained in this study.
