Parenting styles and parenting practies in Asia cultures

As a way of examining the effects of parents on child development it should be made a difference between parenting styles and parenting practices . Nonetheless parenting styles and parenting practices indicate differences in terms of culture. Structure of family, meaning of mother and father, communication within the family have effected parenting styles and parenting practices in Asian cultures. The different factors such as education level of mother and child temperament have roles on theparenting styles and practices. However it is thought that it is needed more research to understand deeply parent and child relations in Asian cultures related to discrepancies of other parenting styles and parenting practices and on which ways parenting styles and practices have undergo a change
