Cortinarius caninus (Fr.) Fr. (Cortinarius subgen. Telamonia sect. Anomali) / Çayırörümcekmantarı: Türkiye Mikotası İçin Yeni Bir Kayıt

Cortinarius caninus (Fr.) Fr.’un bazidiyomaları Ekim 2019’da Trabzon, Düzköy, Fengo Yaylası’ndaki çayırlık alanda saptanmıştır. Bazidiyomaların öncelikle fotoğrafları çekilmiş, morfolojik özellikleri kabaca not edilmiş ve birkaçı ıspatula yardımı ile toplanarak laboratuvara getirilmiştir. Mikroskobik yapıları görüntülemek için lamellerden kesitler alınmış veya sıkma preparat hazırlanmış, amonyak ve Kongo kırmızısı ile işleme tabi tutulmuş ve daha sonra Zeiss A2 Axio Imager araştırma mikroskobu ile incelenmiştir. DNA dizi analizi hizmet alınarak gerçekleştirilmiş, teşhis hem morfolojik ve hem de moleküler yöntemlerden yararlanılarak yapılmıştır. Fungaryum numunesi haline getirilen kurutulmuş mantar örnekleri Trabzon Üniversitesi Fatih Eğitim Fakültesi’ndeki kişisel herbaryumda saklanmaktadır.

Cortinarius caninus (Fr.) Fr. (Cortinarius Subgen. Telamonia sect. Anomali): A New Record for the Turkish Mycota

The basidiomata of Cortinarius caninus (Fr.) Fr. were detected in October 2019 in the meadow area of Fengo Plateau in Düzköy, Trabzon,Turkey. The photographs of the basidiomata were taken firstly, their morphological features were roughly noted and the samples were collected with the help of spatula and brought to the laboratory. Sections were taken from the lamellae or squeezed to view microscopic structures, treated with ammonia and Congo red and then examined with a Zeiss A2 Axio Imager research microscope. DNA sequencing was performed using the service, and the diagnosis was made using both morphological and molecular methods. Dried mushroom samples, which have been transformed into fungarium samples, are stored in a personal herbarium at Fatih Faculty of Education, Trabzon University.
