En üst seviyede eğitim veren üniversitelerimizin gelişen teknoloji ve yeniliklere cevap verebilmesi için fiziksel planlamalara gereksinim duyulduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu gereksinimin hissedildiği fakültelerden biri de Erzincan Hukuk Fakültesi'dir. Erzincan Hukuk Fakültesi için 66.700 m2'lik bir alanda gerekli etüd-analiz çalışması yapılarak, modern anlamda bir üniversite kampus alanı peyzaj düzenleme projesi oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile yeni kurulan üniversite kampüslerinin planlı olarak gelişmesine örnek teşkil edilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

It is obvious that our universities, which have highest level of education, need physical plannings for supplying the needs of developing technology and innovations. One of these faculties which has the feeling of this requirement is Erzincan Law Faculty. For Erzincan Law Faculty, after having the essential research and analysis studies of an area of66.700 m2, it is tried to have a modern university campus area planning. With this study, it is aimed to have a sample planning for having campus development of the universities which are newly founded.
