Bu çalışmada Erzurum yöresindeki onseldz yonca tarlasından mozayik belirtisi gösteren yonca örnekleri toplanmıştır. Bu yaprak*örneklerinden elde edilen özsuyu mekaniksel inokulasyonla test bitkilerine taşınmıştır. Oluşan belirtilere dayanılarak yöredeki yonca alanlarında görülen mozayik belirtilerinin alfalfa mozayik virüsü (AMV) olabileceği saptanmıştır.

In this study, the alfalfa samples shows mosaic symptoms were collected from eighteen fields in Erzurum region. The sap ot these plants leaves were transmitted by mechanically inoculation to the test plants As a result of the observed symptoms, it was determined that these symptoms may be alfalfa mosaic virus (AMV).
