Uterus yerleşimli lipoma ve lipoleiomyoma (olgu sunumu)

Bu çalışmada 54 yaşında bir kadın hastada saptanan myometrial yerleşimli lipoma ve buna eşlik eden lipoleiomyoma olgusu uterin yer¬leşimli tümörlerin ender görülmesi ve daha da ender olarak bir arada bildirilmesi nedeni ile literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur. Bu iki neoplazi-de estradiol receptor related protein (ERRP) varlığı ve lokalizasyonu imunohistokimyasal olarak araştırılmıştır. Lipoleiomyomada düz kas' hücrelerinde çevre myometriuma göre daha az sayıda hücre ancak benzer şiddette pozitiflik saptanmıştır. Lipomatöz lezyonların bir ara¬da bulunması, histolojik özellikleri, perikapiller pluripotent mezenki-mal hücrelerin neometaplazisi ile ve benzer etkenler nedeniyle oluş¬tuklarını telki etmektedir.

Lipoma and lipoleiomyoma in the uterus (A case report)

Lipoma and lipoma accompanied by lipoleiomyoma localised to the uterus are very rare tumors and these tumors which have been determined in a 54 years old woman are presented with the literatüre in this study. The presence and localisation of estradiol receptor rela¬ted protein (ERRP) was investigated by immunohistochemical method in these tumors. The intensity of ERRP positivity was similar between smooth muscle cells of the lipoleiomyoma and peripheral myometrial tissue but the number of positive ERRP cells was less in the smooth muscle cells of the lipoleiomyoma than in peripheral myometrium. The coexistence and histologic characteristics of lipomatous lesions suggest that these tumors originate from neometaplasia of pericapillary pluri-potential mesenchymal cells with similar factors.
