İnsüline bağımlı diabetes mellitusda vitamin E'nin plazma lipid ve lipoprotein düzeylerine etkisi

Otuziki insüline bağımlı diabetes mellitus (İBDM)'lu hastanın plaz¬ma trigliserit (Tg), çok düşük dansiteli lipoprotein (ÇDDL), total koles¬terol (TK), düşük dansiteli lipoprotein (DDL), yüksek dansiteli lipop¬rotein (YDL), apolipoprotein A (Apo A), apolipoprotein B (Apo B) se¬viyeleri ölçüldü. Hastalar iki gruba ayrıldı. Birinci gruptaki 15 hasta olup insulin ve diabetik diyet ile takip edildi. İkinci gruptaki 17 has¬taya, 1. gruptakilere verilenlere ilave 4 ay süre ile 400 mg/gün vitamin E verildi. We measured plasma triglyceride (Tg), very low-density lipopro¬tein (VLDL), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), apolipoprotein A (Apo A), apolipoprotein B (Apo B) in 32 patients with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM). in group I consisting of 15 patients were followed up with treatment of insulin and diabetic, diet during four months. in group II consisting of 17 patients were followed up with vitamin E (400 mg/day) in addition to insulin and diabetic diet during four months.
