İbni Sina Hastanesi'nde yatarak tedavi gören bir grup hastada depresyon ve anksiyete düzeylerinin araştırılması

Bu çalışmanın amacı AÜTF İbni Sina Hastanesi'nde yatarak tedavi gören hastalarda depresyon ve anksiyete düzeylerinin saptanmasıdır. Bu amaçla 72 hastaya Beck Depresyon Ölçeği (BDÖ), Spielberger Durumluk Anksiyete Ölçeği (STAI-1) ve Hastane Anksiyete ve Depresyon Ölçeği (HADÖ) uygulaması yapılmıştır. Hastaların BDÖ'nden aldıkları ortalama puan 16.62±8.91, STAI-l'den aldıkları ortalama puan 41.83±11.14 ve HADÖ' den aldıkları ortalama puan 15.21±6.16'dır. Bu sonuçlar hastaların ortalama durumluk kaygı düzeylerinin normal sınırlarda olduğunu, ancak hafif-orta düzeyde depresyonlarının bulunduğunu göstermektedir.

The level of depression and anxiety in patients admitted to İbn-i Sina Hospital

The aim of this research is to find out the level of depression and anxiety of in-patients of AÜTF ibni Sina Hospital. For this aim, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Spielberger State Anxiety Scale (STAI-1) was applied to 72 subject. The patients' mean scores of BDI, STAI-1 and HADS were 16.62±8.91, 41.83±11.14 and 15.21±6.16 respectively. These results shoved that the patients' anxiety level is within the normal range but they had mild-moderate depression.
