Otizm Spektrum Bozukluğu Olan Çocuk Anneleri Çocuklarının Hangi Davranışlarını Nasıl Yanıtlıyor?

Öz Bu araştırmada, okul öncesi dönemde sözel olmayan OSB çocuk annelerinin çocuklarının nesne/eylem katılımını veya iletişim eylemlerini hangi sıklıkta ve nasıl yanıtladıkları gözleme dayalı boylamsal olarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya ölçüt örnekleme ile seçilen okul öncesi dönemde sözel olmayan 31 anne-çocuk çifti katılmıştır. Verilerin betimsel istatistikler ile analiz edildiği araştırma sonucunda, her iki ölçüm zamanında da çocukların kendiliğinden başlattığı nesne/eylem katılımının amaçlı iletişim eylemlerinden oldukça yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Anneler, her iki ölçüm zamanında da çocuklarının ilgisini izleyen sözel yanıtlayıcılık türlerinden en çok yorumlamayı sonra da sırasıyla davranışsal istek ve dilsel istek bildirmeyi kullanmışlardır. Ayrıca sözel olmayan yanıtlamaları yorumlama dışında çocuklarının ilgisini izleyen diğer sözel yanıtlardan daha çok tercih etmişlerdir. Diğer taraftan dikkati yeniden yönlendiren ifadeleri, davranışı yeniden yönlendiren ifadelere oranla daha fazla kullandıkları ancak çocuklarının ilgisini çoğunlukla sözel olarak yanıtlamadıkları belirlenmiştir. Son olarak annelerin çocuklarının iletişim eylemlerini çoğunlukla yanıtlamadıkları ancak yanıtladıkları amaçlı iletişim eylemlerinde ise en çok dilbilimsel haritalamayı, sonra da sırasıyla tekrar ve genişletmeyi kullandıkları tespit edilmiştir.
