Tek akciğer ventilasyonu
Tek akciğer ventilasyonu, göğüs cerrahisindeki en önemli anestezik uygulamadır. Bu derlemenin amacı; tek akciğer ventilasyonunda fizyoloji, kullanılan teknikler ve ventilasyon yönetiminin güncel literatürle gözden geçirilmesidir.
One-lung ventılatıon
One-lung ventilation is the most challenging anesthesic issue in thoracic surgery. The aim of this article is to review the physiology, techniques and management in one-lung ventilation using current literature.
