Sistemik lupus eritematozus hastalığına bağlı dördüncü dereceden nefropatisi olan bir gebede sezaryen anestezi yönetimi
Sistemik lupus eritematozus (SLE) reprodüktif çağdaki kadınlarının 1/1000’ini etkileyen otoimmun bir hastalıktır. Bu olgu sunumunda SLE’ye bağlı 4.derece nefrit komplikasyonu olan gebenin sezaryenle doğumunda anestezi yönetimiyle ilgili anahtar noktalara dikkati çekmeyi amaçladık.
Anesthesia for cesarean delivery in a parturient with systemic lupus erythematosus associated with grade IV nephropathy
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disorder which affects mostly women in the reproductive age (1/1000). In the present case report we aimed to emphasize the key points related to the anesthetic management for the cesarean delivery of a parturient with 4th grade nephropathy due to SLE.
