Konjenital bilateral mandibular hipoplazi ve hava yolu yönetimi (Olgu sunumu)

Zor hava yolu yönetiminin bilinen bir nedeni olan konjenital mandibular hipoplazi, sıklıkla sendromlarla birlikte görülen ve anomalinin düzeltilmesi amacıyla endotrakeal genel anestezi altında birden fazla cerrahi girişim gerektiren bir kraniyofasiyal dizostozdur. Bu olgu nedeniyle, bilateral konjenital mandibular hipoplazili olguda hava yolu yönteminin sunulması ve tartışılması amaçlanmıştır.

Congenital bilateral mandibular hypoplasia and airway management (Case report)

Congenital mandibular hypoplasia, a well-known cause of difficult airway management, is frequently seen with syndromes and requires surgical intervention more than once for correction of an craniofacial dysostosis. In this case report, we aimed to present and discuss airway management in a patient with bilaterally congenital mandibular hypoplasia.
