İntraoperatif akciğer ödemi (Olgu sunumu)

Bu olgu sunumunun amacı, çok sık olmasa da değişik sebeplerle meydana gelebilen ve erken tanı ve tedavi ile tam bir iyileşme sağlanabilen akciğer ödemi tablosuna, genel anestezi altında intraoperatif olarak rastladığımız bu olgu nedeniyle dikkati çekmektir.

Intraoperative pulmonary edema

The purpose of this case report is to emphasize the importance of pulmonary edema, which occured in our patient intraoperatively under general anesthesia and which is very uncommon to occur but could be caused by multiple reasons and could be dramatically and totally cured by early diagnosis and treatment.
