Epidermolizis büllozada anestezik yaklaşım (olgu sunumu)

Epidermolizis bülloza oldukça nadir görülen herediter mukokütenöz bir hastalıktır. Hastalığın nedeni epidermal hücreleri bir arada tutan hücreler arası köprülerin olmayışıdır. Bu durum ufak bir travmada epidermal hücrelerin birbirinden ayrılması ve bul oluşumu ile kendini gösterir. Hastalar meydana gelen deformiteler nedeniyle hayatları boyunca birçok kez operasyon geçirmek zorunda kalırlar. Anestezisi dikkat gerektiren ve özellikli olan bu hastalara yaklaşımı bir olgu nedeniyle gözden geçirmek istedik.

Anaesthetic management of epidermolysis bullosa (case report)

Epidermolysis bullosa herediteria dystrophica is a rare autosomal recessive disease which is characterized by extreme bullae formation of skin and mucosa. The basic defect is thought to be loss of intercellular bridges which leads to separation of epidermal cells even with minor trauma. Patients have to be operated for their deformities many times in their life spent. Here we present the anesthetic management of a patient with epidermolysis bullosa which needs special attention.
